We are looking for two experienced Ag-Insurance specialists to manage and grow our largest farm portfolios across Australia. This role is about direct sales and relationship management with high-value agricultural clients.
The Role
Direct Sales: Manage and win large-scale farm accounts and agribusiness portfolios.
Portfolio Growth: Identify and secure new business from major players in the ag sector.
Client Strategy: Provide tailored insurance solutions for complex broadacre, livestock, and specialized operations.
Autonomy: Manage your own national book of business with no micromanagement.
What You Need
Experience: 4-5 years in General Insurance (Farm and Commercial experience is essential).
Track Record: Proven ability to open doors and close deals with large-scale operators.
Communication: A straight-shooter who can talk shop with farmers and deal effectively with brokers.
Drive: Someone who knows the industry and is ready to hit the ground running.
